Once your folder & subfolder are made with a few shortcuts,

then at the right side of the task bar click the ' ^ ' (up symbol) and then go up and hover over 'Toolbars', then go over and click 'New toolbar'.

Then a browsing window appears, locate & click-select the first folder you created & at the bottom click 'Select Folder'.

Now you should be able to click the ' » ' & your shortcuts become visible.
