Print a PDF on photo paper for a fridge calendar

Print calendars  150 dpi , 'Actual size' , 100% , (1 to 1).  Setting to
'allow max resolution' may give poor results unless specific special
paper is used. But, normal printing on photo paper works very well.

Some photo programs are fixed to produce 'picture sizes' and it's
hard to control results. Print using a good editing program or even
MS Paint works very well : > file > find & open  > file >
print preview, and also: page setup > adjust to 100%-normal & set
margins, or center horz & vert. Leave right or bottom margin > .6 in.
